Registratie

Wanneer u zich registreert op een website van iDoctor, zoals Mediamed.nl, is dit altijd op vrijwillige basis. U dient uw e-mailadres, BIG-nummer (via API-BIG), naam en specialisme in te vullen. Met deze registratie worden uw identificatiegegevens bekendgemaakt aan iDoctor. De term 'persoonsgegevens' in deze verklaring verwijst naar informatie die gebruikt kan worden om u te identificeren. Wij verzamelen geen informatie over ras, leeftijd, politieke of religieuze overtuigingen en gezondheidstoestand. Registratie is enkel nodig om volledige toegang te krijgen tot de inhoud van onze websites en om te controleren of u een geregistreerde medische professional bent. We wijzen erop dat het achterwege laten van bepaalde verplichte persoonlijke details alleen invloed heeft op de volledigheid van uw account. U kunt uw account te allen tijde zelf wijzigen. Uw persoonsgegevens worden uit onze database verwijderd als u besluit te stoppen met het gebruik van mediamed.nl; u moet dan een e-mail sturen naar staff@idoctornet.com. Nieuwsbrieven kunt u te allen tijde zelf stoppen door op de 'uitschrijflink' onderaan de e-mail nieuwsbrief te klikken.

Overige Persoonsgegevens
Uw persoonlijke gegevens worden door iDoctor gebruikt voor analyse ten behoeve van beperkte statistische doeleinden en wettelijke verplichtingen. Na registratie ontvangt u onze maandelijkse nieuwsbrief als dienst. Onze speciale video-nieuwsbrieven, geproduceerd tijdens conferenties, zijn hier een voorbeeld van. Als u echter kiest om de e-mailnieuwsbrief niet meer te ontvangen, kunt u zich op elk moment uitschrijven via de afmeldlink in elke nieuwsbrief. Vanaf dat moment ontvangt u onze e-mailnieuwsbrieven niet meer tot u besluit ze weer te willen ontvangen. Om onze e-mailnieuwsbrieven opnieuw te activeren, kunt u een e-mail sturen naar staff@idoctornet.com.

Actief Verzamelen van Gebruikersinformatie
We verzamelen informatie op verschillende manieren:

• Bij registratie op deze website moet u beperkte persoonlijke informatie verstrekken om een account aan te maken, inclusief uw BIG-nummer;
• Wanneer u ons e-mailt, voorziet u ons van uw naam en contactgegevens als onderdeel van uw bericht;
• U kunt ons persoonlijke informatie verstrekken wanneer u ons belt of e-mailt om hulp of informatie te vragen;

Automatisch Verzamelen van Gebruikersinformatie (Google Analytics)
We gebruiken traceertechnologieën zoals cookies om anonieme informatie te verzamelen over het gebruik van deze website. "Cookies" zijn kleine bestanden die ons in staat stellen specifieke informatie gerelateerd aan het gebruik van onze websites op uw apparaten op te slaan en te verzamelen. • Resultaten, door e-mailmodules te volgen, noodzakelijk om automatisch uw accreditatie te verstrekken. Dit wordt gehost en geregistreerd door de VSR (verpleging), GAIA en PE-online. Als u kiest voor een gesponsorde e-learning, kan uw naam op verzoek van de sponsor bekend worden gemaakt.

We bieden advertentieruimte aan, zoals advertentiebanners, aan externe partijen zodat we onze website en de inhoud gratis kunnen aanbieden. Wanneer we banners op onze website plaatsen, kunnen zij prestatiegegevens verzamelen (zoals het aantal klikken op een banner); Adverteerders of advertentienetwerken kunnen deze informatie verzamelen via traceertechnologieën zoals browsercookies en webbakens, en zij kunnen tegelijkertijd een enkele traceertechnologie of meerdere traceertechnologieën gebruiken. De verzamelde informatie kan worden gebruikt om te meten hoe effectief advertenties zijn. Deze analyses bevatten geen persoonlijke informatie.

Na het klikken op een banner of link van een derde partij bent u niet langer op een site die wordt gehost door iDoctor. iDoctor kan niet verantwoordelijk worden gehouden voor het eventuele falen van een derde partij, of diens filialen of agenten, om uw persoonlijke informatie te gebruiken in overeenstemming met het privacybeleid van die derde partij, of enige contractuele of andere wettelijke verplichtingen waaraan zo'n derde partij, zijn filialen of agenten, onderworpen kunnen zijn.

Google-services
iDoctor maakt gebruik van Google-services, beheerd door Google, Inc., gevestigd in Californië, VS ('Google'). Google Analytics is een webanalyse-service, Google Analytics Demografie en Interesse Rapportage, en geïntegreerde diensten die vereisen dat Google Analytics gegevens verzamelt via advertentiecookies en anonieme identificatoren. Alle informatie die door uw gebruik van onze websites wordt gegenereerd (inclusief uw IP-adres) wordt naar Google verzonden en opgeslagen op servers in de VS. Google gebruikt deze informatie om uw gebruik van de website te evalueren, rapporten over websiteactiviteit voor iDoctor samen te stellen en andere diensten te leveren met betrekking tot websiteactiviteit en internetgebruik. Google kan deze informatie ook overdragen aan derden indien dit wettelijk vereist is. Wat betreft Google Analytics gelden de volgende extra beveiligingsmaatregelen: we hebben IP-anonimisering geactiveerd zodat uw IP-adres door Google binnen de Europese Economische Ruimte wordt ingekort voordat de gegevens worden doorgestuurd en opgeslagen in de VS; slechts in uitzonderlijke gevallen worden IP-adressen naar een Google-server in de VS verzonden en daar ingekort. Google zal uw via Google Analytics verzamelde IP-adres niet combineren met andere gegevens die Google bezit.
U kunt de instellingen van uw browser aanpassen om het opslaan van cookies te voorkomen, het opslaan van cookies te beperken tot bepaalde websites, of zodanig dat uw browser u elke keer informeert wanneer een cookie wordt verzonden. U kunt ook op elk moment cookies verwijderen van de harde schijf van uw computer. Echter, als cookies zijn gedeactiveerd, is het mogelijk dat u onze websites niet kunt gebruiken.

Delen van persoonlijke informatie met derden
iDoctor behoudt zich het recht voor om persoonlijke informatie te delen met aannemers (webagentschappen en webmasters) die iDoctor helpen bij deze website en u helpen bij het wijzigen van uw profiel. We kunnen ook persoonlijke informatie delen in reactie op juridische procedures of wanneer de wet dit vereist (bijvoorbeeld in reactie op een gerechtelijk bevel) of, voor zover toegestaan door toepasselijke wetgeving, om de rechten, eigendommen of veiligheid van iDoctor, deze website, u en gebruikers van deze website en anderen te beschermen.

Wanneer u gesponsorde e-learningtools gebruikt (herkenbaar aan de logo's op de eerste pagina van de e-learning), wordt uw informatie verzonden naar de derde partij (BIG) om uw PE-punten te ontvangen.

iDoctor kan ook persoonlijke informatie openbaar maken voor zover dit nodig is om een persoon of entiteit te identificeren, te contacteren, of juridische stappen tegen te ondernemen die mogelijk de Voorwaarden & Condities van iDoctor schenden, of die schade kunnen toebrengen aan, of interfereren met, andere gebruikers van deze website. Als activa van iDoctor worden overgedragen of verkocht aan een andere entiteit, kan persoonlijke informatie worden overgedragen aan de verwervende entiteit en/of aan potentiële verwervende entiteiten, voor zover toegestaan door toepasselijke wetgeving.

U kunt op elk moment uw persoonlijke gegevens zoals verwerkt door iDoctor inzien. Indien deze informatie onjuist is, kunt u verzoeken deze aan te passen. Dergelijke verzoeken voor inzage of correctie van uw gegevens kunnen alleen schriftelijk worden gedaan aan iDoctor B.V., Mercatorlaan 1200, 3528 BL, Utrecht, Nederland. E-mail: staff@idoctornet.com. U kunt ook contact opnemen met dit adres als u vragen heeft over de manier waarop iDoctor uw persoonlijke gegevens behandelt.

Beveiliging
U bent verantwoordelijk voor het handhaven van de vertrouwelijkheid van uw gebruikers-ID en wachtwoord die betrekking hebben op uw toegang tot de websites van iDoctor en/of elk account dat u bij ons heeft opgezet. U stemt ermee in verantwoordelijk te zijn voor alle activiteiten die in dit verband plaatsvinden. U dient uw gebruikers-ID of wachtwoord niet met iemand anders te delen. Neem contact met ons op als u denkt dat uw ID of wachtwoord is gecompromitteerd. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk als er ongeautoriseerde toegang is tot uw inloggegevens of ongeautoriseerde activiteit op onze websites als gevolg van het delen van uw inloggegevens met iemand anders, tenzij dit te wijten was aan onze nalatigheid.

De persoonlijke informatie die iDoctor van u verzamelt en die u aan iDoctor verstrekt, wordt verwerkt in Nederland en wordt opgeslagen op servers in Nederland. De Nederlandse Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens en Elektronische Documentatie is ontwikkeld om adequate en vergelijkbare bescherming te bieden zoals die binnen de Europese Economische Ruimte van toepassing is.

Ondanks onze inspanningen met betrekking tot beveiliging, is het belangrijk te onthouden dat het internet niet veilig is zoals het is. Informatie die via het internet wordt gecommuniceerd, kan worden onderschept. We kunnen de beveiliging van persoonlijke informatie die naar ons wordt verzonden via onze websites niet garanderen. U accepteert dat u onze websites op eigen risico gebruikt.

Uw rechten
U hebt het recht om informatie te vragen over of uw persoonlijke informatie wordt bewaard en toegang te krijgen tot uw beveiligde persoonlijke informatie, inclusief verwerking, de betrokken categorieën van persoonlijke informatie, en de ontvangers of categorieën van ontvangers aan wie de persoonlijke informatie wordt bekendgemaakt en waar mogelijk, de voorziene periode waarvoor de persoonlijke informatie zal worden opgeslagen, of, indien niet mogelijk, de criteria die worden gebruikt om die periode te bepalen;
verzoeken om rectificatie, verwijdering van uw persoonlijke informatie, indien dit niet mogelijk is door de informatie in uw persoonlijke profiel zelf en contentinzendingen te wijzigen; de persoonlijke informatie die u ons heeft verstrekt ontvangen in een leesbaar formaat en deze gegevens aan u overdragen;
weigeren uw persoonlijke informatie aan derden te verstrekken;
U hebt het recht om bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van uw persoonlijke informatie;

Registration
If you register yourself on any iDoctor website, in this case Mediamed.nl, this is always voluntarily. You are required to fill in your email, BIG number (via API-BIG), name and specialty. With this registration your identification will be disclosed to iDoctor. The term ‘personal information’ in this statement refers to information that can be used for your identification. We do not collect information about race, age, political or religious views and health condition. Registration is only required to be able to visit the full content on our websites and to be able to check whether you are a registered medical professional. We point out that if you decide to withhold certain required personal details, this will only affect the completeness of your account. Your account can be changed any time by yourself. Your personal information will be deleted from our database, if you chose to stop using mediamed.nl you’ll have to send an e-mail to staff@idoctornet.com.

Other Personal Information
Your personal details will be used by iDoctor for analysis on behalf of limited statistical purposes and legal obligations. When registered, you will receive our monthly newsletter as a service. Our special video newsletters, produced during conferences, is one of them. Should you however choose not to receive the e-mail newsletter anymore, you can easily unsubscribe from these newsletters by clicking the unsubscribe button in each newsletter at anytime.
From that moment on, you will not receive our e-mail newsletters until you wish to receive them again. To activate our e-mail newsletters again, you can send an e-mail to staff@idoctornet.com.

Collecting user Information actively
There are different methods in which we collect information:
When you register on this website you will be required to provide little personal information to establish an account, including your BIG-number;
When you email us, you provide us with your name, contact details as part of your message;
You may provide us with personal information when you call or email us to request assistance or information;

Collecting user information automatically (Google Analytics)
We use tracking technologies such as cookies to collect anonymous information relating to the use of this website. “Cookies” are small files that enable us to store and collect specific information related to the use of our websites on your devices. They help us to analyse the number of people who use this website, usage frequency, user behaviour.
When entering the site, you can save your cookie preferences.

The information we automatically collect about the use of this website include:

When we place banners on our website, they may collect or we may share performance data (such as the number of clicks on a banner); Advertisers or ad networks may collect this information through tracking technologies like browser cookies and web beacons, and they may use a single tracking technology or multiple tracking technologies at the same time. The information collected may be used to measure how effective advertisements are. These analytics do not contain any personal information.

After clicking on a third-party banner or link to..., you will no longer be on a site hosted by iDoctor. iDoctor cannot be responsible for any third party, or its affiliates or agents, failing to use your personal information, if submitted on a third-party website, in accordance with such third party’s privacy policy, or any contractual or other legal obligations to which such third party, its affiliates or agents, may be subject.

Google services
iDoctor uses Google services, operated by Google, Inc., California, USA (‘Google’). Google Analytics is a web analytics service, Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting, and integrated services that require Google Analytics to collect data via advertising cookies and anonymous identifiers. Any information generated by your use of our websites (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the USA. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of this website, compiling reports on website activity for iDoctor and providing other services relating to website activity and Internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law. More information about Google’s data privacy and security can be found here. With respect to Google Analytics, the following additional safeguards apply we have activated IP anonymization so that your IP address will be shortened by Google within the European Economic Area before the data is forwarded and stored in the USA; only in exceptional cases are IP addresses sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will not combine your IP address collected via Google Analytics with other data that Google holds.
You can edit the settings of your browser to prevent cookies from being stored, to limit the storage of cookies to certain websites, or such that your browser informs you every time a cookie is sent. You can also delete cookies from your computer’s hard drive at any time. However, if cookies are deactivated you might not be able to use our websites.

Sharing of personal information with third parties
iDoctor reserves the right to share personal information with contractors (web agencies and webmasters) who assist iDoctor in this website and help you to change your profile. We may also share personal information in response to legal process or when the law requires it (for example, in response to a court order) or, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to protect the rights, property or safety of iDoctor, this website, you and users of this website and others.

When you use sponsored e-learning tools (recognisable by the logo's provided on the first page of the e-learning), your information will be sent to the third party (BIG), for you to receive your PE points.

iDoctor may also disclose Personal Information as is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against a person or entity who may be violating iDoctor’s Terms & Conditions, or who may be causing harm to, or interfering with, other users of this website. If assets of iDoctor are transferred or sold to another entity, personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity and/or to potential acquiring entities to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may at any time examine your personal details as processed by iDoctor. Should this information be incorrect, you may request to have it adjusted. Such requests for inspection or correction of your details can only be made in writing to iDoctor B.V., Mercatorlaan 1200, 3528 BL, Utrecht the Netherlands. E-mail: staff@idoctornet.com. Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and password which relate to your access on iDoctor websites and/or any account you set up with us. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities which occur in relation to this. You should not share your User ID or your password with anyone. Please contact us if you believe your ID or password has been compromised. We will not be responsible if there is unauthorized access to your login details or unauthorized activity on our websites as a result of sharing your login with anyone else, unless this was due to our negligence.

The personal information that iDoctor collects from you and that you provide to iDoctor is processed in the Netherlands and is stored on servers in the Netherlands. The Dutch Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documentation Act has been developed to provide adequate and similar protection to that which applies within the European Economic Area.

Despite our efforts regarding security, it is important to remember that the internet is not secure as is. Information communicated through the internet may be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of personal information sent to us using our websites. You accept that you use our websites at your own risk.

Your rights
require information about whether your personal information is retained and access to your personal information secured, including processing, the categories of personal information concerned, and the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal information is disclosed and where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal information will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
request rectification, removal of your personal information, if this is not possible by changing the information in your personal Profile yourself and content submissions;
